The Annual Meeting of the Delegates was held on December 8, 2025. A quorum was present and Kunal Mittal and Sarosh Siganporia were elected to the Board to serve two-year terms. Anna Redwood was appointed at the Regular Session meeting to fill the vacant position on the Board. Your Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 term are:

President – Kunal Mittal

Secretary/Treasurer – Anna Redwood

Director – Sarosh Siganporia

Also, the proposed amendments to the CC&R and Bylaws that were included on the ballot passed.

The official results from the inspector of election, The HOA Election Guys, is attached for your review.

Brightview will be trimming all of the pine trees that are maintained by the Master Association starting Monday, December 15, 2025. Attached is the schedule so you can see when they will be in your area. Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of January. Please make sure to avoid parking in work areas to prevent any delays.

The ballots for the Annual Meeting of the Delegates on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Santa Rosa Apartments Recreation Room located at 500 Cardiff, Irvine, CA 92606, were mailed to all owners on November 7, 2025. Please be sure to complete your ballots, insert them into the envelopes, complete the outside of the envelopes, and mail them to the Inspector of Election prior to the meeting. You may also hand carry it to the meeting if you plan on attending.

It is very important that we receive your ballot so that the Association can obtain quorum to conduct the Annual Meeting. This year it is particularly important that we receive your ballots, as there are important CC&R and Bylaw amendments that are on the ballot this year that will greatly help in facilitating elections going forward.

Please note that Brightview will be completing the winter tree trimming from December 8th – January 28th. This primarily involves the trimming of the pine trees. Please be sure to avoid parking in areas where the work is being done.
