Pool Reminders

The weather has been beautiful and we know residents are excited to use the Association’s pool areas, especially this upcoming holiday weekend! We wanted to remind residents of the Pool Rules to ensure that everyone has fun while being safe. Some key things to remember are:

  • The maximum number of non-resident guests that a resident may bring to the pool area is FOUR PER HOUSEHOLD. This is to ensure that Paseo Westpark residents have access to the facilities that they help pay for and that the pool areas are not overtaken by non-residents.
  • Any gathering of 10 people or more is only permitted with an approved reservation through the Association. The reservation form can be downloaded at any time on the Resident Portal.
  • Residents may bring a private instructor to a pool area as their guest for the purpose of one-on-one instruction with members of the same household. All individuals receiving lessons must be PWMA residents. The pool areas are private and are not permitted to be used by non-residents for instruction.
  • Please keep gates closed at all times and do not prop open.

Titanium Security has been contracted to provide pool monitoring services five days per week from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend to ensure the Pool Rules are adhered to and will alternate between the two pool areas. The pool monitor or another Association representative may approach a person that is suspected of being in violation of the rules to request that they provide proof that they are a Paseo Westpark Maintenance Association resident and/or have an approved reservation. Persons who refuse to comply with the request or cannot provide the necessary information will be asked to leave the pool area. Residents who are in violation of the Pool Rules will be asked to leave the premises and reported to Management and may be subject to the Association’s enforcement and fine policy.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding and are looking forward to a great summer season!

Report Suspicious Activity in Common Areas

If you notice suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals within the common areas, including the Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Santa Ynez, or Santa Luisa parks, please notify Management with as much detail as possible, including descriptions, location, and approximate timeframes.

If unauthorized activity is actively occurring, residents should contact Action’s Community Care Department at 949-450-0202 so Titanium Security may attempt to dispatch a patrol officer if available.

Please note that camera systems are installed at the Santa Cruz and Santa Clara pool areas and Management can also review fob access records to investigate unauthorized use of amenities.

The Association does not provide security services and residents remain responsible for their own personal safety and security. Any suspected crime in progress or emergency situation should be reported immediately to the Irvine Police Department.

Spring Tree Trimming

BrightView Tree Service will begin spring tree trimming throughout the Master Association starting May 18, 2026. This seasonal maintenance includes all Association-maintained trees with the exception of the pine trees.

Please note that pine trees are maintained on a separate every-other-year winter trimming schedule. The pines were last trimmed during the winter of 2025–2026 and are next scheduled for trimming during the winter of 2027–2028.

Residents are asked to please avoid active work areas while crews are working and refrain from parking in areas marked with cones to help ensure work can be completed safely and efficiently.

Spring Landscape Updates

As temperatures warm up this time of year, weeds become especially prevalent throughout the community. BrightView Landscape is actively addressing weed growth and general landscape maintenance as part of their regular 8-week service rotation throughout the Association.

Residents who would like to see where BrightView is currently working within the rotation may view the landscape rotation map on the Association website or Resident Portal. Thank you for your patience and understanding as crews work through the community on their scheduled maintenance cycle.

If you notice an area of landscape maintained by the Master Association that appears to need attention, please contact Action Property Management’s Community Care Department so a work order can be submitted for review and follow-up.
